Empowering Audiences

In its eagerness to collaborate with cultural institutions in Barcelona, the Blueproject Foundation welcomes "Empowering Audiences” in the Sala Project, the main exhibition of Screen Festival, curated by Conrado Uribe.

What do contemporary artistic practices based on the moving image do to intellectually empower their audiences? The works in "Empowering Audiences” invite to reflect on how the art forms produce speeches and generate knowledge, using its narrative intensity to allow the subject to think about how they relate and examine the various contexts from a critical point of view.
