This document outlines the General Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") of the website www.blueprojectfoundation.org, property of blue project foundation (hereinafter the “website”), and the Privacy Policy regarding the personal data of its users.

2.- USE OF THE WEBSITE.
The use of this website attributes the condition of user to whoever visits it without them having to register as such, and implies acceptance of these Conditions of Use, both the general conditions and, if appropriate, the specific conditions that may modify, complete or replace the abovementioned conditions.
All the content of this Website, as well as trade names and distinguishing signs, is the property of blue project foundation. The user acquires no rights to it.
Any use of this website which has the purpose of harming the assets, rights or interests of the blue project foundation or third parties is prohibited. This is also the case of any use of this Website that alters, damages or disables the networks, servers, equipment, products and software of blue project foundation or third parties.
It is also prohibited to:

3.- INVALIDITY OR VOIDABILITY.
3.1.If any of these clauses are invalid, voidable, illegal or illicit, in the widest understanding permitted by law (a) such declaration will not invalidate the rest of the Contract, which will maintain its force and effectiveness, and (b) the invalid or voidable clause or clauses will preferably be replaced or adjusted rather than being voided.
4.- USE OF COOKIES.
4.1.blue project foundation on its own accord, or through a third party contracted for mediation services, can use cookies when a user navigates the website www.blueprojectfoundation.org. Cookies are files sent to the website user through a web server with the aim of registering the activities of the user during their time on the website.
4.2.All information obtained through cookies enables the subsequent processing of the data with the aim of obtaining exclusively statistical data in order to gain information regarding the number of pages printed, website visits, order of visits, access points, etc.
4.3.The cookies used on this website are, in all cases, temporary, meaning that they disappear when the session is over, and are not damaging for the computer/device of the user. In no case will they be used to collect information of a personal nature, and consequently will not be stored on the hard drive of the user and will disappear when the user closes their session on www.blueprojectfoundation.org.

5.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
5.1.These terms and conditions will be implemented or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law if this is not specifically established. The provider and the user, agree to submit any controversy arising from the provision of the products or services pertaining to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the home of the user.
5.2.If the user is resident outside of Spain, the provider and the user will renounce any other jurisdiction and be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
II. PRIVACY POLICY
1.-PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR FILE CONTAINING USER DATA:
In virtue of the regulations applicable concerning the Protection of Personal Data, blue project foundation, based in Barcelona (08003), Calle Princesa, 57, with C.I.F. n.º G-65883688, registered in the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, the Technical General Office, Sub directorate General of the Foundations Protectorate under number 1530, informs that by introducing data through the digital form found on the Website www.blueprojectfoundation.org or via e-mail addressed to info@blueprojectfoundation.org, the user will provide certain Personal Information which will be managed automatically and will be incorporated into the corresponding automated files, previously registered with the Spanish Date Protection Agency, which are the property and responsibility of blue project foundation, with the aim of being able to respond to the request and provide the requested service, as well as to maintain them informed, if asked to do so, of the foundation’s activities.
The personal data may be communicated to third parties with the consent of their owners assuming that this communication responds to a need for the development, fulfillment and control of the commercial relationship, and/or it is limited to the aforementioned aims, as established in art. 11.1 of the Organic Law 15/1999, from 13 December, regarding Personal Data Protection.
2.RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION AND OBJECTION:
As the owner of your data you have the right at all times to Access, Correct, Cancel and Object to any personal data held by the blue project foundation in the terms established in the legislation on data protection. To this end, the USER need only send a signed, written request to blue project foundation to the e-mail address info@blueprojectfoundation.org or a letter to the address mentioned in the first clause of this contract.
3.SECURITY MEASURES
blue project foundation has adopted the security measures required by law in accordance with that which is established in the European Directive 95/46/CE, as well as in article 82.2 of the RD 1720/2007 from 21 December, which approves the development regulations of the Organic Law 15/1999, based on the sensitivity of the data provided to us. Likewise, we guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data, although they will be revealed to the competent public authorities, along with any other information in our power or which is accessible through our systems and which is required in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. Likewise, this excludes cases in which the release of information is necessary for the repayment of debts to a debt-collection company.
4.DATA QUALITY PRINCIPLE
The party responsible for the file will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the data that is provided to us, ensuring that they are adequate, appropriate and not excessive for the legitimate aim of their collection.
In all cases, the users guarantee and are accountable for the veracity, exactitude, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data provided and commit to maintaining them duly updated.
If our data protection policy is changed due to legislative changes or criteria established by the Data Protection Agency, the USER will be duly informed of any modification that may be needed to comply with the law.
