Untitled – Breakpoint is a sculptural frame that disrupts
a persistent conceptual loop, embodied in the dialogue
between Christ and Marx. These two ideologies, in
constant confrontation, establish a linear relationship
between time and space. Rooted in the past, these concepts
are now being reconsidered in light of contemporary
technological innovations. The rise of new digital frontiers
raises similar questions about control, identity, and
progress, reevaluating the issues raised by the major
ideologies of the past and integrating them into our
technological present. As the letter opener cuts through
the surface of the book, it does not simply interrupt —
it creates a distortion, an opening that gives way to a
new dimension. The work becomes a passage between
ideologies, between the real and the virtual, suspended
between past and present, generating a flow that moves
the discussion into an undefined territory where new
perspectives and narratives can emerge.
