The Blueproject Foundation presents Chen Zhen: In-Between, the first solo exhibition of this renowned Chinese artist in Spain. A proposal that reflects on the balance of inner life, the relationship with Eastern culture and the fragility of individual interiority. Through a selection of 5 representative installations from the artist's career, and a series of drawings and sketches, the exhibition offers a journey through Chen Zhen's most essential concerns and the deepest problems of his work.

Chen Zhen is one of the greatest representatives of contemporary Chinese art. Since the early 1980s, he was one of the pioneers of the generation after the Chinese Cultural Revolution and a precursor of the current Western interest in Chinese art.
